Skill Star System
The skill star system determines how skilled the horse is in each category. The higher the horse is in each skill can make the horse place higher in a competition.
With each picture drawn, the horse gains a star in that skill. The level of skill determines how advanced the horse is in each field and can place you higher in a show. Each picture can increase as many stars. The skills are as follows:
Agility - Training image/ Working headshot/ Half body training
Patience - Training image
Calm - New experience (training/show/extra)
Health - Food image/Pasture image/ Vet image
Confidence - Human Bonding image
Experience - Show image
Agility (max 20 stars)This determines how graceful and collected your horse is. If the horse doesn't have any stars in this, he is very wiggle wormish and very sloppy in all of his gaits. The horse doesn't carry his head well and breaks and trips very easily. If a horse is experienced in this skill then he carries his head well, he knows where his feet are, and is very careful and doesn't trip.

Patience (max 20 stars)
This skill determines the temper of your horse. If the horse doesn't have any stars in this then he is very short tempered and tends to get worked up very easily in a show ring. The horse will often get frustrated and let out a buck or rear. If a horse has a lot of stars in this skill then the horse will be very willing to work with you and tries to understand what you are trying to tell him to do rather than getting frustrated.

Calm (max 20 stars)This skill determines how your horse will react to things. If a horse doesn't have many stars in this area then the horse will often be spooked by the smallest things and be very skittish in new places. A horse that is calm and has a lot of stars will be more brave when trying out new 'scary' places. The horse won't spook as often and will be easier to handle in the show ring.

Health (max 20 stars)This skill determines the horses ability. If the horse only has one or two stars it is more prone to diseases and is not as fit as a healthier horse. The horse is more likely to perform worse than a horse who is physically fit. If a horse has a lot of stars in this skill then he is able to perform much better than a horse who is weaker than him.

Confidence (max 20 stars)This skill determines how trusting your horse is. If your horse lacks stars in this skill then he is very unwilling to try things. The horse won't trust itself and it's rider and will often refuse to do what the rider tells the horse to do. If the horse has a lot of stars in this skill then the horse will be willing to do what the rider wants and will trust the rider in scary situations.
This skill can be increased by:

Human to horse interactions (not riding)
Experience (max 20 stars)This determines how skilled the horse is in it's chosen discipline. If a horse is rather green and hasn't been shown much, then it will show in it's performance. But if a horse has a lot of stars in experience then it has a better chance at out shinning a horse that is green in a class.
