Personality


Very lovable mare! She adores being around people and is very comfortable around them. She also enjoys the company of other horses and even small animals. Chardon is always very aware of what's going on around her so she is often seen with her ears up which makes her very photogenic. 

She likes to be busy eating something or else she will get bored and start tearing her stall apart. She gets 1 1/2 scoops of grain and 2 pads of hay to keep her occupied. Chardon is a huge fan of peppermints or any sweet candy that she can get her hoofs on. She has been known to steal bags of candy and the wrappers end up in her stall. She has never gotten sick from it but the staff doesn't want to take any chances.

Chardon can get very spooky undersaddle sometimes because of how alert she is. She often needs to wear earplugs so a rustling in the bushes won't make her take of running. Because of that, she has a hard time keeping her head down and collecting herself because she wants to run around like a giraffe. She can be very sensitive to cues so an experienced rider is a good idea. No spurs of crop for this one, she knows how to boogie!

Wood chewing and being a bit spooky are her only vices, other than that she is an angel that just wants to be loved and wants a lot of candy!
